Place the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or return authorization.

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping labels.

Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor the progress of your refund or exchange.
